Ingredients
| 3/4 | pound | lean ground beef | ||
| 1 | onion, chopped | |||
| 1 | (28 ounce) can | Tuttorosso® Italian Style Peeled Plum Shaped Tomatoes in tomato juice | ||
| 1 | (6 ounce) can | tomato paste | ||
| Salt and black pepper to taste | ||||
| 3 | tablespoons | chopped fresh parsley | ||
| 1/2 | teaspoon | garlic salt | ||
| 1 | (8 ounce) package | wide egg noodles, cooked and drained | ||
| 1 | (12 ounce) package | cheddar cheese singles |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350o F. In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion. Stir inTUTTOROSSO® ITALIAN STYLE PEELED PLUM SHAPEDTOMATOES in Tomato Juice, tomato paste, salt, black pepper, parsley and garlic salt, simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
- In a 2 quart casserole dish, combine noodles and tomato mixture. Top with cheese slices and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
