Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 (28 ounce) can Tuttorosso® New World Style Diced Tomatoes in tomato juice, drained
8 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
3 cups shredded lettuce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons white vinegar
  Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:

  • Place the pasta into a serving bowl. Add TUTTOROSSO® NEW WORLD STYLE DICED TOMATOES in tomato juice, bacon and lettuce, toss gently and set aside.
  • Mix remaining ingredients together in a small mixing bowl. Pour over salad and gently toss until well coated. Serve immediately.
