Ingredients
| 1 | (8 ounce) package | elbow macaroni, cooked and drained | ||
| 1 | (28 ounce) can | Tuttorosso® New World Style Diced Tomatoes in tomato juice, drained | ||
| 8 | slices | bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled | ||
| 3 | cups | shredded lettuce | ||
| 1/2 | cup | mayonnaise | ||
| 1/3 | cup | sour cream | ||
| 1 | tablespoon | Dijon mustard | ||
| 1 | teaspoon | sugar | ||
| 2 | teaspoons | white vinegar | ||
| Salt and black pepper to taste |
Directions:
- Place the pasta into a serving bowl. Add TUTTOROSSO® NEW WORLD STYLE DICED TOMATOES in tomato juice, bacon and lettuce, toss gently and set aside.
- Mix remaining ingredients together in a small mixing bowl. Pour over salad and gently toss until well coated. Serve immediately.
