Ingredients
| 4 | slices | bacon, chopped | ||
| 1/4 | cup | Italian with olive oil blend dressing | ||
| 6 | cups | fresh spinach, torn | ||
| 1 | (28 ounce) can | Tuttorosso® New World Style Diced Tomatoes in tomato juice, drained | ||
| 1/2 | cup | grated Parmesan cheese |
Directions:
- In a small skillet cook bacon until crisp. Drain well, reserve 1 tablespoon bacon grease in skillet. Stir in Italian dressing.
- In a large bowl toss bacon, spinach and TUTTOROSSO® NEW WORLD STYLE DICED TOMATOES in tomato jucie. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
