Tomato Onion Soup Novice / Beginner

Ingredients

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed French onion soup
1 (28 ounce) can Redpack® Crushed Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano in Thick Puree
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
6 slices Italian bread, toasted
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

  • In a small saucepan prepare the onion soup according to label directions. Add REDPACK® CRUSHED TOMATOES with BASIL, GARLIC & OREGANO in THICK PUREE and bring to a boil.
  • Remove from heat and stir in mozzarella cheese. Ladle soup into individual serving bowls, and top with a slice of toast and Parmesan cheese.
