- Preheat oven to 425o F. Coat 1 ½ quart casserole with cooking spray. Mix together rice mix and 1 cup cheese in the casserole dish. Mix the RED GOLD® CHILI HOT BEANS in CHILI GRAVY, RED GOLD® DICED TOMATOES CHILI READY and water in saucepan.
- Heat to boiling and pour over the rice mixture in the casserole; stir to mix. Cover casserole and bake for 20 minutes. Then remove cover and put remaining cheese on top of casserole. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and rice is tender.
