Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
2 (14.5 ounce) cans Red Gold® Diced Tomatoes, drained
or 2 (14.5 ounce) cans Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained
8 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
3 cups shredded lettuce
1/2 cup low fat mayonnaise
1/3 cup low fat sour cream
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:

  • Place the pasta into a serving bowl. Add RED GOLD® DICED TOMATOES, bacon and lettuce, toss gently and set aside.
  • Mix remaining ingredients together in a small mixing bowl. Pour over salad and gently toss until well coated. Serve immediately.
