Ingredients

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed French onion soup
1 (14.5 ounce) can Red Gold® Crushed Tomatoes
1 (14.5 ounce) can Red Gold® Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
6 slices Italian bread, toasted
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

  • In a small saucepan prepare the onion soup according to label directions. Add RED GOLD® CRUSHED TOMATOES and RED GOLD® DICED TOMATOES with BASIL, GARLIC & OREGANO; bring to a boil.
  • Remove from heat and stir in mozzarella cheese. Ladle soup into individual serving bowls, and top with a slice of toast and Parmesan cheese.
