Ingredients

1 (14.5 ounce) can Red Gold® Diced Tomatoes Chili Ready
or 1 (14.5 ounce) can Red Gold® Diced Tomatoes Chili Ready with Onions
2 cups stuffing mix for chicken
1/2 pound lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 (15.5 ounce) can Red Gold® Chili Hot Beans in Chili Gravy
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
1/4 cup sliced ripe olives

Directions:

  • In a 2 quart microwaveable casserole heat the RED GOLD® DICED TOMATOES CHILI READY on high for 2 minutes. Add the stuffing mix and spread evenly in casserole.
  • Place ground round and onion in microwaveable bowl; cover with wax paper and microwaveable on high for 4 minute or until meat is no longer pink. Drain and stir in, RED GOLD® CHILI HOT BEANS in CHILI GRAVY, 1 cup of the cheese, corn and olives. Spoon over stuffing.
  • Cover with wax paper and microwave on high for 10 minutes, rotating casserole halfway through cooking time. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Serve with sour cream if desired.
