Ingredients

1 package sliced pepperoni
2 cups shredded low fat mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 (14.5 ounce) can Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies, drained
or 1 (14.5 ounce) can Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes with Chipotle, drained
1 (14.5 ounce) can Redpack® Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies, drained
1 (14.5 ounce) can Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained
or 1 (14.5 ounce) can Red Gold® Diced Tomatoes, drained
1 (14.5 ounce) can Redpack® Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained
or 1 (14.5 ounce) can Redpack® Diced Tomatoes in Juice, drained
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

  • Line the bottom of a non-stick skillet with pepperoni. Heat thoroughly and then blot the excess grease with a paper towel.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, RED GOLD® PETITE DICED TOMATOESwith GREEN CHILIES, RED GOLD® PETITE DICED TOMATOES, garlic powder, onion powder and oregano over the meat. Top with the Parmesan cheese.
  • Heat on medium low until cheese is melted through to the bottom of skillet and browned. The melted cheese will hold the pizza together. Slide onto a plate and enjoy!
