Bacon and Tomato Cheddar Dip Novice / Beginner

This low-carb dip is great for young and old alike. Open a few items and stir them together for that last minute appetizer.

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) carton low fat sour cream
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded low fat cheddar cheese
1 (2 ounce) bottle real bacon bits
1 (14.5 ounce) can Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained
1 (14.5 ounce) can Redpack® Petite Diced Tomatoes, drained
1 envelope ranch dressing mix

Directions:

  • In a large bowl combine all the above ingredients. Cover and chill at least 1 hour to blend the flavors.
  • Dip can be used as a dip with vegetables or chips. Pour over chopped and chilled cauliflower for a great salad.
