Cheesy Chili Dip Novice / Beginner

Perfect for parties, this quick & easy appetizer features plenty of melted American cheese and is great served on tortilla chips.

Ingredients

1/2 pound pork, finely chopped
1 (16 ounce) box processed American cheese, cut into cubes
1 (14.5 ounce) can Red Gold® Petite Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies, drained
1 (10.75 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (15 ounce) can chili with beans
Tortilla chips

Directions:

  • Brown pork in a medium skillet until evenly brown, drain and set aside.
  • In a microwave safe container combine pork and remaining ingredients, except chips. Cook on HIGH until cheese is melted, stir after 3 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
