As an employee one can expect to be provided with continuous learning experiences. The company’s goal is that each permanent, full-time employee will receive forty hours of training annually.
Through Red Gold University (RGU), our in-house training program, employee education is outcome-focused and allows employees to work toward specific individual goals. Planned courses of study cover a wide range of professional experiences and aspirations, including quality, teamwork, information technology, leadership, management, and finance. RGU classes are conducted on-site and are paid for by the company. This represents Red Gold's commitment to investing in each employee's professional development.
Red Gold recognizes the importance and value in investing toward the continuing growth and development of their work force. Our Educational Reimbursement Plan is designed to supplement an employee’s work experience with professional and technical education. This program also includes professional certifications to advance current abilities or learn new skills.
