How do I apply for a career opportunity at Red Gold?

Check out the open positions listed in the "Search for Jobs" section of this website. When you see a position you are interested in take a few moments to review the experience and education required. If your background and skills are a good match, please submit your resume online in the "Career Launch" section. Feel free to apply for as many positions that match your interest and qualifications.

How long until I hear about my application?

An automated response will be sent when your application has been received. Keep in mind, sometimes these responses do not get through spam and junk mail filters.

Due to the high volume of resumes and applications, Red Gold does not acknowledge the receipt of mailed or faxed resumes.

Red Gold recruiters will review your application to be sure your education and experience match those required by the open position. As an employer of choice, Red Gold receives a large number of applications. Only the most qualified candidates will be contacted for an interview.

If you are not selected for one position, you may still be considered for others.  Since we are a growing company, check the career list often.  Feel free to apply for as many positions that match your interest and qualifications.

How can I be sure you received my resume?

A successfully completed application will generate an automated response, confirming your application has been received. Please keep in mind, sometimes these responses are trapped by spam and junk mail filters. What if I do not have an electronic copy of my resume?

No problem… just follow these five easy steps:

  • List All Jobs
  • Click on a desired job
  • Click Apply Now
  • Scroll to Option 1; "Create a resume using Resume Builder"

Will submitting my resume both electronically and on paper, help improve my chances of getting noticed?

No, it actually delays your consideration.  It is not necessary or beneficial to apply in a dual manner. When you apply online, your resume goes directly into our database. Having your resume in our database is beneficial for current and future consideration.

What if I do not see the career opening I want?

Red Gold is a growing company and new positions are posted frequently. If you don't currently see a position that matches your interests and background, keep checking. Our job postings are updated frequently
